First 1000 Days Australia works to equip its partners with the skills and know-how to provide services and programs that align with our philosophy through training – short courses, peer researcher training, implementation support services and regional implementation workshops. Our First 1000 Days Australia Partners Program is a new offering for individuals, organisations, sponsors and regional alliances sites interested in accessing continued support for implementation initiatives in their region. First 1000 Days Australia can support site-specific training to take place in different locations across Australia. Our training programs are evaluated to ensure we provide our students and alumni with the information they need to do their best work with families during the early formation of their families.
For the second half of 2019, three First 1000 Days Australia Introductory Short Courses will be delivered in Melbourne. These courses may be of interest to those working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, in health and early childhood services, community services and agencies, the not-for-profit and private sector, government and research institutions.
